Although San Francisco is not known for its enormous population of French residents, it does not stop the locals from joining the celebration in one the European country’s biggest holidays. July 14th is the day the narrow alleys of the downtown area are full with French and wannabes alike. The attractions vary from fantastic restaurants, to live music to amazing bars and cafes. Things to do during the celebration include a visit to the epicenter if you will, of Bastille Day, Belden Place. This alley way in between the San Francisco sky scrappers offers a wonderful experience about the enormity of the celebration.
